LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

IRENE B. HAUSMAN
I, IRENE B. HAUSMAN, of the Borough of Camp Hill,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will
and Testament, hereby revoking any will previously made by me.
I - I direct that all my just debts, the expenses of my
last illness and my funeral expenses be paid out of my estate
and be considered a part of the expense of the administration of
my estate.
II - I bequeath my diamond engagement ring to John Craig
Hausman, III.
III - I bequeath my diamond and sapphire ring to Kristen
Ann Hausman.
IV - I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate of whatever nature and wherever situate
unto my husband, John C. Hausman, providing he survives me by
sixty (60) days.
V - Should my said husband, John C. Hausman, not be liv-
ing on the sixty-first (6lat) day following my death, then I
devise and bequeath the rest, residue and remainder of my estate
aa follows:
A. I bequeath all my household goods and per-
sonal effects to my son, John Craig Hausman, Jr.
B. All the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate of whatever nature and wherever situate, I devise and
bequeath to The Harrisburg National Bank .and Trust Company IN
TRUST, nevertheless, to invest and reinvest the principal and
apply the net income therefrom for the following uaes and

purposes:
1. Apply so much of the income as is
necessary to pay the living expenses of Ida H. Hudgins, now a
resident of the Baker Nursing Home, Lower Allen TQWTIship, Cum-
berland County, Pennsylvania, for the rest of her natural life
and to provide for her proper and fitting burial upon her death.
2. The balance of the net income and
all of the net income after the death of the said Ida H. Hudgins
together with such amounts of principal as the trustee, in its
sole discretion, feels is necessary for his health and welfare,
shall be paid to or for the use of my son, John Craig Hausman,
Jr., for the rest of his natural life.
3. At the death of my son, John Craig
Hausman, Jr., or should he predecease me, the then remaining
balance of the trust shall be distributed to the issue of John
Craig Hausman, Jr. in equal shares per stirpes.
VI - I authorize my trustee previously named and its
successor to exercise the' following powers in addition to those
given by law, said powers to be exercised by the trustee in its
sole discretion.
A. My said trustee shall invest and reinvest
the principal of each trust in any prudent manner, having full
power and authority to commingle the assets of any separate
trust created hereunder and as well, to commingle the assets
with any trust created by the will of my husband, John C.
Hausman.
B. My trustee shall pay the net inoome there-
from and so much of the prinoipal as it, in its sole disoretion,
feels is neoessary for the health, support, welfare and

education of the beneficiaries and to make payment for these
purposes and to those caring for the said beneficiaries without
further responsibility.
C. To purchase investments at premiums and to
charge premiums to income or principal or partly to each.
D. To subscribe for stocks, bonds or other
investments, to join in any plan of lease, mortgage, merger,
consolidation, reorganization, foreclosure or voting trust and
to deposit securities thereunder and generally to exercise all
the rights of security holders of any corporation.
E. To vote in person or by proxy securities
beld by it.
F. To compromise claims.
G. To add to the principal of any trust created
by this will any property received from any person by deed, will
or in any manner.
VII - I appoint The Harrisburg National Bank and Trust
Company of Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, guardian of
any property which passes under this will or otherwise to a
minor or an incompetent and with respect to which I am author-
ized to appoint a guardian and have not otherwise specifically
done so. Such guardian shall have the power to use principal as
well as income from time to time for the minor's eduoation, sup-
port and welfare, or to make payment for these purposes without
further responsibility to the minor or to any person taking care
of the minor.

VIII _ All taxes that may be assessed in consequence of
my death of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed
shall be considered a part of the expense of the administration
of my estate, and my personal representative or representatives
shall have the absolute power in his or their discretion to pay
the same at once, whether or not the law under which they are
imposed permits the postponement of all or part of them to a
later time.
IX - I appoint my husband, John C. Hausman, Executor of
this, my Last Will and Testament. Should my said husband fail
to qualify or cease to act in that capacity, then I appoint my
son, John Craig Hausman, Jr., Executor of this, my Last Will
and Testament.
