installment sale, contract, or account based on a confession of judgment, but if it does, it
is based on the appropriate original proceeding filed pursuant to Act 7 of 1966 as
amended; and for real property pursuant to Act 6 of 1974 as amended
Issue writ of execution in the above matter to Sheriff of Cumberland County, for
debt, interest and costs, upon the following described property of the defendants, Lindsey
Sisti and Jennifer Sisti:

RELEASE FROM LIEN OF JUDGMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Chelsea Settlement Services, Inc., the Plaintiff named in
the above entitledjudgmentJor and in consideration of the sum of ONE ($1.00) DOLLAR, lawful money of the United
States, to them paid by Defendants, LINDSEY SISTI and JENNIFER SISTI, above named, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, does hereby forever acquit, exonerate, discharge and release from the lien of the above entitled
judgment, the following described property, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in the Township of East Pennsboro, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, having thereon erected the eastern half of a double frame dwelling house known as 333 N. Perry
Street, Enola, Pennsylvania, more fully bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point at the northern line of Perry Street, 82 feet from the northeast corner of Perry and Zion
Streets, at a line of lands now or late of Walter J. Manning; thence northwardly along said line and parallel with
Zion Street, 120 feet to Lot No.9 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan; thence westwardly along the line of Lot No.
9, 32 feet 6 inches, more or less, to a point on the line running through the center of the partition wall of the
double frame dwelling house erected in part upon the lot herein described, and in part upon the lot adjoining on
the West; thence in an southerly direction along said last mentioned line and parallel with Zion Street, 120 feet to
Perry Street; thence eastwardly along the northern line of Perry Street, 32 feet 6 inches, more or less, to the point
or place of BEGINNING.
BEING a portion of Lot Nos. 6,7 and 8, Block A, Plan No.1, Hoopy's Addition to Enola.

And it is further agreed that the Plaintiff above named will not look to the said above mentioned and described
premises for any part of the principal and interest of said above entitled judgment, now or hereafter to become due, or
in any way disturb, put to charge or damage, the present or any future owner or owners, occupier or occupier of the
said above mentioned and described premises, or any part or portion thereot for or by reason of the said judgment, or
any matter, cause or thing thence accruing or to arise: Provided, that nothing herein contained shall affect the said
judgment or its legal validity, so far as respect all other lands and tenements of Defendants, Lindsey Sisti and Jennifer
Sisti, situate in the County aforesaid, which are not herein expressly exonerated therefrom.
