FIRST. I direct all my just ~bts ,nd funeral expenses ~e ~', fully paid and satisfied out of my estate by my personal representative hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. SECOND. I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate, real and personal, to my daughter, Marian E. Battista, and my son, Harvey N. Eppley, in equal shares. LASTLY, I nominate, constitute and appoint the Farmers Trust Company, Executor, of this my Last Will and Testament, and I direct that Henry L. Stuart, Esquire, be employed as attorney in the settlement of my estate due to his familiarity with my affairs and business.
