522 South Pitt Street and having thereon erected a house, (See property description
attached.)

Carlisle, PA on September 3, 2005, The said services were provided by the Borough of
Carlisle and the charge levied therefor in strict accordance with Article XVIII of the
Borough Code, Act of February 1, 1966, P.L. 1655 (1965), No. 581, Section 1801 et.

West 141 feet to a stake at a 12 fpot wide alley; thence alona the
Eastern line of said alley, North 10 degrees 45 minutes East 96 feet
to a stake at land now or formerly of Herman B. Hurley and wife;
thence along said latter land, South 79 degrees 15 minutes East 141
feet to a stake in the Western line of South pitt Street, the Place
of BEGINNING.
