ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, August 11, 1980, at 11:21 a.m., the
attached stipulations are made part of the record, and it is under-
stood that all parties will attempt to reach an agreement so that
stipulation can be entered regarding the real estate held by
entireties at the time of the decedent's death.
The clerk is directed to place the case on the next
argument list specially, August 27, 1980. Because all parties are
in court no notice need be given.

It is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between
counsel for Evelyn R. Eppley, surviving spouse of Raymond Eppley,
and counsel for Marian E. Battista and Harvey N. Eppley, and counsel
for Farmers Trust Company, Executor of the Estate, that the probated
assets of the Estate are as follows:
