I, HARRY F. RUBERT, of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
make, publish and declare this to be my Last will and Testament, hereby
revoking any and all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1. I direct the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses as
soon after my death as will be convenient to my Executor hereinafter
named.
2. I give to my son, William, the sum of Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00), and I give to my grandson, William, Jr., a like sum of Five
Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00).
3. I give all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate to The
Harrisburg National Bank and Trust Company, in Trust, nevertheless, to
invest the principal and pay the interest to my son, Willi&a, quarterly,
but in any event at least the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00)
and, should the income be insufficient to make such Two Hundred Fifty
Dollar ($250.00) quarterly payments, the balance of the payment shall be
made out of principal. The Trustee shall have discretionary power to
make such additional payments out of income or principal as it seems
proper, should it appear to the Trustee that my son be faced with any
emergency or unusual conditions. In no event is it my intent that the
Trustee withhold any principal or income from any beneficiary should it
appear to Trustee that such beneficiary is in need of necessities. More-
over the Trustee shall have full authority and discretion to make pay-
ments out of principal or interest directly to such person, persons or
organization who may provide care or services to any beneficiary, should
such care or services appear to be necessary, in the sole discretion of
the Trustee. Upon the death of my son the Trust shall continue for the
benefit of my daughter-in-law, Ruth.
The Trust shall terminate upon the death of both my son and my
daughter-in-law and, whatever balance remains in the Trust I give to
my grandson, William F. Rubert, Jr., or his heirs.

No beneficiary shall have the right to pledge, anticipate or assign
his rights under the provision of the Trust.
4. I nominate, constitute and appoint The Harrisburg National Bank
and Trust Company to be the Executor of this, my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 1st
day of December, A.D. 1969.
