WHEREAS, ABE HAROUNZADEH, is about to execute contemporaneously
herewith, a contract with Red Har, Inc. of Lebanon County, Pennsylvania for the
erection of a dwelling upon a lot of land situate:
See Description attached hereto

NOW, October 28, 2005 a the time of and immediately before the execution of
the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said owners to the
said contractor to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the
same in consideration of the making of the said contract with owners and the further
consideration of One Dollar, to contractor paid by owners it is agreed that no lien shall be
filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any ofthe
material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or
extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of the said building, the right to file
such liens being expressly waived.

ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in the Township of Hampden,
County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, lying along Heatherington
Way and being approximately 900 feet northwest of the easterly intersection of
Heatherington Way and Pellingham Circle, bounded and described as follows, to wit:
Said premises being known as 5027 Heatherington Way, Enloa, Pa.
BEGINNING at the intersection of the northerly right of way line of Heatherington Way
(50 feet wide) with the line of division between Lot 64H and Lot 30; extending (I)
thence north 39 degrees 50 minutes 19 seconds west, a distance of 66.55 feet; extending;
(2) north 26 degrees II minutes 22 seconds west, a distance of 226.12 feet; extending (3)
thence north 81 degrees 56 minutes 01 second east, a distance of 199.92 feet; extending
(4) thence south 17 degrees 57 minutes 23 seconds east, a distance of 224.19 feet to the
northerly right of way line of Heatherington Way; extending (5) thence along said right
of way line by a curve to the left, having a radius of 375.00 feet, an arc distance of
143.22 feet, and a chord bearing and distance of south 61 degrees 06 minutes 09 seconds
west, 142.35 feet to the point of BEGINNING. Containing 43,932 square feet or 1.009
acres.
Being Lot No. 30, as shown on a plan entitled "Final Subdivision Plan for Phase II and
III, Wentworth Estates" dated 5/20/04, last revised 8/17/04, Job No. 1001-846, prepared
by LSC Design, Inc., York, Pa. and recorded in the Cumberland County Office ofthe
Recorder of Deeds in Plan Book 90 page 17.
