All that certain house and lot of ground known and numbered as 308 S. York St.
situate on the West side of S. York St., in the Borough of Mechanicsburg, Cumberlan
County, Pa., being Lot No. 33 in the General Plan of Lots made by the Heirs of John
Coover, deceased, which George W. Kauffman and Elnora Kauffman, his wife, by their
Deed dated March 27, 1925 and recorded in the Recorder's Office in and for Cumberla d
County in Deed Book "B", Vol. 10, Page 107, granted and conveyed unto Charles F. Bro m
and Dora E. Brown, his wife. The said Dora E. Brown died Dec. 10, 1974 whereupon
title vested solely in the said Charles F. Brown, the decedent herein
