I, INEZ ANNIE WINTERS, a resident of the County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind and memory,
and not acting under the undue influence of any person whomsoever, do hereby
make, publish and declare this instrument to be my
LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
FIRST: I hereby revoke any and all Wills, Codicils or other
instruments of a testamentary nature by me at any time heretofore made.
SECOND: I hereby direct that all of my just debts and funeral
expenses shall be paid as soon after my death as shall be practicable.
THIRD: I direct that all inheritance, succession, estate and
death taxes, and all other taxes levied by any state government or by the
Federal Government, upon or in respect of any of the general or specific
devises, bequests or legacies shall be paid or delivered by my Executors,
hereinafter appointed, without any deduction for any such taxes.
FOURTH: I hereby bequeath to my beloved daughter, JOAN F.
WINTERS AUNCHMAN, the following items of my personal property: The complete
set of my best China; the China Hutch Cupboard; the complete Camera Outfit,
including camera and all camera equipment; all of my jewelry; the Sewing
Machine; and all of my personal clothing.
FIFTH: I hereby bequeath to my beloved son, MARK LAURENCE
WINTERS, whatever automobile I may own at time of my death.

SIXTH: hereby bequeath to each of my beloved natural grand-
children one small item of my personal effects not hereinbefore or hereinafter
specifically bequeathed, as a rememberance; said item to be chosen by each
of the grandchildren, but with final approval of the choice resting with my
Executors.
SEVENTH: I hereby bequeath to my beloved son, DAVID CHARLES
WINTERS, a few items of my personal effects not hereinbefore or hereinafter
specifically bequeathed, and excluding basic furniture and furnishings
required for normal housekeeping; said items to be chosen by him, but with
final approval of the choices resting with my Executors.
EIGHTH: I hereby bequeath to my beloved son, JAMES CLARENCE
WINTERS, a few items of my personal effects not hereinbefore or hereinafter
specifically bequeathed, and excluding basic furniture and furnishings
required for normal housekeeping; said items to be chosen by him, but with
final approval of the choices resting with my Executors.
NINETH: I hereby direct that my beloved son, MARK LAURENCE
WINTERS, be granted beneficial use of my Mobilehome, furniture and furnishings
not hereinbefore or hereinafter specifically bequeathed, until such time as
he elects to vacate the Mobilehome of his own free will, or until time of his
death, whichever occurs first. During the period of beneficial use of said
Mobilehome, he shall be required to maintain said Mobilehome in good condition,
and pay all expenses incurred relative to the Mobilehome, including but not
limited to lot rental, upkeep, utilities, taxes, insurance, etc.
If and when said son, MARK LAURENCE WINTE~S, elects
to vacate said Mobilehome of his own free will, my Executors are directed to
then sell the Mobilehome, and are further directed to divide as equally as
possible among my surviving children all furniture and furnishings therein
which originally belonged to me. Any furniture and furnishings not desired

by my surviving children also shall be sold by my Executors. Net cash
proceeds resulting from the sale of the Mobilehome and sale of any furniture
and furnishings not desired by my surviving children shall be divided as
follows:
(a) To my sont MARK LAURENCE WINTERS, Fifty percent
(50%) thereof.
(b) To my son, DAVID CHARLES WINTERS, Twenty-five
percent (25%) thereof.
(c) To my son, JAMES CLARENCE WINTERS, Twenty-five
percent (25%) thereof.
In the event of the death of my son, MARK LAURENCE
WINTERS, during the period of time he is receiving beneficial use of said
Mobilehome, I hereby direct my Executors to then sell the Mobilehome, and
further direct that my Executors divide as equally as possible among my
surviving children all furniture and furnishings therein which originally
belonged to me. Any furniture and furnishings not desired by my surviving
children also shall be sold by my Executors. Net cash proceeds resulting
from the sale of the Mobilehome and sale of any furniture and furnishings
not desired by my surviving children shall be divided as follows:
(a) To my son, DAVID CHARLES WINTERS, Sixty-six and
two-thirds percent (66 2/3%) thereof.
(b) To my son, JAMES CLARENCE WINTERS, Thirty-three
and one-third percent (331/3%) thereof.
TENTH: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both
real and personal, of whatsoever kind or character, and wheresoever situated,
including but not limited to savings, life insurance benefits, Credit Union
Shares, checking account funds, death benefits, I give, devise and bequeath
as follows:

ELEVENTH: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint as my
Executors of this instrument, my Last Will and Testament, my friend, Mrs.
Ruth P. Poke, and my son, Mark Laurence Winters.
If, for any reason whatsoever, either of the herein
named Executors shall neglect to or refuse to serve or shall fail to qualify
as such Executor, then, and in that event, I hereby authorize the remaining
Executor to name a successor Executor.
