1) That he is the Executor of the estate of Inez Annie Winters.
2) That this Court in an Order dated April 17, 1979 set out a
schedule of distribution in the above-named estate.
3) That pursuant to this Order he has paid into the estate $794.00.
4) That he has made disbursements to conform with this Court's Order,
