WHEREAS, Owner of 118 Springfield Road, Newville, PA 17241, is abollt to execute a Contract
\vith Contractor of 5839 .Molly Pitcher Highway, Marion, PA 17235, for the erection of [l manufactured
home, upon 118 Springfield Road, Newville, PA 17241.

NOW, October 18 2005, at the time of the execution ofllle Principal Contract, and before any authority
has been given by the said O\vner to the said Contractor to commence work on the said building. or purchase
materials for the same, in consideration of the making of the said Contract with Contractor and v.'ith each of
the Parties intending to be legally bound hereby, and to bind their respective heirs, personal representatives,
successors. and assigns. as the case may be, it is agreed thai no Lien shall be filed "gainst Ihe building by the
Contractor, or any Subcontractor, orby any of the Mmcrialmen or Workmen or any other person for any labor,
or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, lhe right to file
such liens being expressly \vaiwd.
