ALL THAT CERTAIN lot ofland situate in the Borough ofLemoyne, County of
Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as
follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern side of Clarkton Court, said point being located
North sixty (60) degrees East, one hundred (100) feet from the northeast corner of
Clarkton Court and Warren Street and at the eastern line of Lot No. 415, on the
hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence by the eastern line of said Lot No. 415 and
Lot No. 416 on said Plan, North thirty (30) degrees West, one hundred (100) feet to a
point; thence North sixty (60) degrees East seventy (70) feet to a point at the western line
of Lot No. 413 on said Plan; thence by said Lot South thirty (30) degrees East, one
