Defendant, GLADYS PARKER, is an adult individual with a last known address of 26 Terri Drive, Carlisle, Cumberland County PA 17013. 3. It is averred that Defendant was issued an open end credit account by Plaintiff. The account number listed was 6011 3006 6051 8554 4. At all relevant times material hereto, Defendant has been a regular user of said charge account for the purchase of products, goods and/or for obtaining services orfunds. 5. Plaintiff provided Defendant with copies of the Statements of Account I LAW OFFICES WOLPOFF & ABRAMSON, L.L.P. ATTORNEYS INTHE PRACTICE OF DEBT COLLECTION 4880 TRINDLE ROAD THIRD FLOOR showing all debits and credits for transactions on the aforementioned credit card account to which there was no bona fide objection by Defendant. True and correct copies of the Statements of Account evidencing said purchases, payments and additional fees are attached hereto, incorporated herein and marked as Exhibit "A". Further cancelled I CAMP HILL, PA 17011 n]303-8]00 checks demonstrating payments made by Defendant on this account are attached hereto as Exhibit "B." 6. As of the date of the within Complaint, the remaining balance due, owing and unpaid on Defendant's credit account, as a result of charges made by said Defendant and/or any authorized users, is the sum of Seven Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Seven and 31/100 ($7,437.31) Dollars. 7. Despite reasonable and repeated demands for payment, Defendant has failed, refused and continues to refuse to pay all sums due and owing on the aforementioned account balance, all to the damage and detriment of the Plaintiff. 8. Plaintiff has retained the services of the law firm of Wolpoff & Abramson, L.L.P. in the collection of the amount due from Defendant. 9. Any and all conditions precedent to the bringing of this action have been performed by Plaintiff. 10. The amount in controversy is within the jurisdictional amount requiring compulsory arbitration.
