LAST WILL
OF
DORIS J. WATSON
I, Doris J. Watson, now domiciled in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be
my Last Will. I revoke all other wills and codicils that I may have previously made.
Article I
My just debts and expenses of my last illness, funeral, and administration of my estate shall
be paid by my Executor from the principal of my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my
death.
I have written this Will and provided it to my attorney, Kathleen Carey Daley, with the
express terms contained herein. I have not asked for her advice concerning this Will, and I have
made the provisions for my beneficiaries herein as my free and voluntary act. I acknowledge that I
have made specific bequests to Kathleen and to members of her family. I have done so with full
freedom of disposition of my property, and without consultation or influence from her, or from any
member of her family.

Article II
All inheritance, estate, and succession taxes (including interest and penalties thereon, but not
including any generation skipping tax) payable by reason of my death shall be paid out of and be
charged generally against the principal of my residuary estate without reimbursement from any
person. This provision is not a waiver of any right which my Executor has to claim reimbursement
for any such taxes which become payable as the result of any property over which I have the power
of appointment.
Article III
I give, devise and bequeath all my property, real, personal and mixed as follows:
A. To my niece, Diane Saifyrd, I give and bequeath all of my fine and costume jewelry,
except for the specific items I have identified later in this Will. I also give her my sterling silver
dresser set. This is an outright bequest to Diane, but it is my hope and intention that she will make
arrangements to pass on these items to a female Jacobs' descendant at her death, or at any time she
deems appropriate. Many of these pieces I inherited through the family and I would like them to
remain in the Jacobs' family.
B. The pearl necklace I own, I gIve and bequeath to Anna Rosen. Anna is the
granddaughter of Stewart and Ann Mitchell, and since the Mitchells had initially given me the
necklace, I want it to be returned to a member of their family.
C. My 14 karat turtle pin with small rubies and diamond chips, I give and bequeath to
Anne Daley. Anne's parents gave me this pin, and I would like her to have it at the time of my death.
D. My Waterford millennium champagne flutes and wine coaster I give and bequeath
to Anne M. Carey. Since the Daleys and the Careys originally gave me the champagne flutes over
a number of years, these flutes should be returned to that clan. They can observe New Year's Day
tradition that was started on January 1, 2000, and drink the five toasts that we all drank together on
that day.
E. All silver, sterling and otherwise, including flatware, my tea and coffee service and
holloware, excepting the sterling silver dresser set I have identified above, I give and bequeath to
Kathleen Carey Daley. I am giving this to Kathleen because I feel that she would most appreciate
these items. She has the same flatware pattern as I do, as I was instrumental in providing her with
her sterling, and I would like her to have my items as well. None of the items that I am providing
to her could be considered to be family silver.
F. I give and bequeath to Richard Winters Jacobs my cut-glass crystal and any glass
objects that are cobalt blue. I think he would most appreciate these items, as he collects these items
and many ofthe items that I have were initially my sister, Catherine's. For that reason, I would like
to have them remain in the family.
G. I direct that the following entities each receive the identified bequest to be used for
their established charitable purposes:
1) To Bowling Green State University, Bowling Green, Ohio, I give the sum of
Two Thousand Five Hundred ($2,500.00) Dollars;

3) To Women in Military Service for America Memorial at Arlington National
Cemetery, I give the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars;

lifestyle and activities.

In the event that either ofthese entities is not currently engaged in or willing to engage in this
type of research, the interest in this Will shall not be paid to them, but shall be paid in total to the
other medical center so engaged in this research.
