Plaintiff is HSBC, a London Corporation, s/b/m/a of Household Finance Consumer Discount Company, a corporation duly organized and doing business at the above captioned address. 2. The Defendant is John C. Frymire, who is one of the mortgagors and real owners of the mortgaged property hereinafter described, and his last-known address is 60 Winter Lane, Enola, PA 17025. 3. The Defendant is Linda R. Frymire, who is one of the mortgagors and real owners of the mortgaged property hereinafter described, and her last-known address is 60 Winter Lane. Enola, PA17025. 4. On 11/24/1998, mortgagors made, executed and delivered a mortgage upon the premises hereinafter described to Plaintiff which mortgage is recorded in the Office ofthe Recorder of Cumberland County in Mortgage Book 1501, Page 366. 5. The premises subject to said mortgage is described in the mortgage attached as Exhibit "A" and is kno"-l1 as 327 West Perry Street, Enola, PA 17025. 6. The mortgage is in default because monthly payments of principal and interLst upon said mortgage due 04/30/2005 and each month thereafter are due and unpaid, and by the terms of said mortgage, upon default in such payments for a period of one month, the entire principal balance and all interest due thereon are collcctible forthwith. 7.
