1. I am the guardian of the estate of Joseph A. Crouse
having been appointed by this Honorable Court by Order of
Dale F. ShuQhart
2. At the time of my appointment there was conserved
in Joseph A. Crouse
's account $ 3,247.84
3. Since then I have received in the name of
Joseph A. Crouse
the following income:

discharge of these bills.
