WILL AND TESTAlVIENT I, VIRGINIA HUFFMAN, of 34 South West Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my will and testament, in manner and form following, hereby revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me. FIRST: I direct that all of my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid as soon as convenient after my decease. SECOND: I give the residue of my estate to such of my children, John R. Huffman and Dorothy L. Huffman Cieslicki, as may be living at the time of my death and to the issue then living of such of my said children as may then be dead, per stirpes. THIRD: I appoint my son, John R. Huffman, Executor of this will. In case of his inability or unwillingness to act or to continue as my Executor, I appoint my daughter, Dorothy L. Huffman Cieslicki as Executrix. I give my Executor, or Executrix, the right to distribute any of my property in kind. FOURTH: I direct my Executor, or Executrix, to claim any expenses of administration of my estate as income tax deductions upon an income tax return or returns whenever in his or her sole judgment such action will achieve an overall reduction in the total income and death taxes.
