LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
ESTELLA PRICE
I, ESTELLA PRICE, a widow, presently residing in Summerdale,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, do hereby declare this writing to be
my Last Will and Testament. I hereby revoke any prior Wills which I may
have heretofore made.
FIRST: I direct that my Executor hereinafter named, shall pay all my
just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be done after
my death. If a stone or gravemarker has not been provided for the cemetery
lot which is owned by my husband at Shoop's Church Cemetery, I direct that
my said Executor shall provide a stone or gravemarker for my grave space.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate, assets and
property of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever situated in equal
shares to my children, Kenneth S. Shearer, Richard E. Shearer and Jean E.
Schmick, or their issue, per stirpes, absolutely and in fee simple.
THIRD: I nominate, constitute and appoint National Central Bank, Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania, Executor under this, my Last Will and Testament. I direct that
my Executor shall not be required to furnish security or sureties in this

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 17th
day of February, 1977.

CODICIL TO LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
ESTELLA PRICE
I, ESTELLA PRICE, a widow, of Summerdale, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, declare this writing to be a Codicil to my Last Will and
Testament which I made on February 17, 1977.
I rescind and revoke in its entirety Paragraph SECOND in my said Last
Will and Testament and in its place I substitute the following as said
Paragraph SECOND:
SECOND: I give and devise all of the real estate that I may
own at the time of my death to my son, Kenneth S. Shearer, for and during his
natural life and upon his death, I give and devise the same unto my surviving
children, or their issue, per stirpes, absolutely and in fee simple.
I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainder of
my estate, of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever situated, in equal
shares, to my children, Kenneth S. Shearer, Richard E. Shearer and Jean E.
Schmick, or their issue, per stirpes, absolutely and in fee simple.
In all other respects I do hereby ratify and confirm my Last Will and
Testament which I made on February 17, 1977.
