AND NOW, .~ ;l, g, 1979, the First and Final Account
and Statement of pr5posed Distribution of M. Karey Ensminger, Executor
of the Will of Calvin A. Ensminger, the decedent above named, having
been filed, advertised and confirmed by the Court
IT IS ORDERED AND DECREED that the real estate of the said
decedent distributed in kind in said Statement of Proposed Distribution,
be and is hereby awarded to M. Karey Ensminger:
ALL those three certain tracts of land situate in the
Township of East Pennsboro, County of Cumberland and State
of Pennsylvania bounded and described as follows:
TRACT 1: On the North by the State Road, on the East by
Lot 8~Section liD" on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots,
on the South by parts of Lots Nos. 13 and 14, Section "D"
on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots, and on the West
by Lot No.6, Section "D" on the hereinafter mentioned Plan
of Lots, containing fifty-five (55) feet in front on the
State Road and extending in depth on its eastern boundary
along Lot No.8, Section "D" one hundred and ninety (190)
feet and along its western boundary along Lot No.6,
Section "D" one hundred and seventy (170) feet to part of
Lots Nos. 13 and 14, Section "D" and having a width in the
rear along parts of said Lots Nos. 13 and 14 of twenty-five
(25) feet; being Lot No.7, Section "D" on Plan of Lots
known as Plan of West Enola, which said Plan is recorded in
the Recorder of Deeds Office in and for Cumberland County in
Plan Book No.1, Page 29.
BEING the same premises which Samuel C. Berger and
Evadna C. Berger, his wife, by deed dated June 5, 1936,
recorded in the Cumberland County Recorders Office in Deed
Book Q, Volume 11, Page 199, granted and conveyed unto
Calvin A. Ensminger and Emma Helen Ensminger, his wife.
TRACT 2: Beginning at the eastern intersection of the State
Road and a thirty (30) foot alley or street; thence by the
said alley in a southwesterly direction one hundred eighty
(180) feet to a point at or near the "T" intersection of
Wayne Avenue with the said alley; thence still by the said
alley in a westerly direction, thirty (30) feet to a point;
thence in a northwesterly direction by Lot No. 13 of herein-
after mentioned plan, fifteen (15) feet to a point; thence

in a northeasterly direction along line of Lot No. 7 of said
plan, one hundred ninety (190) feet to a point on the said
State Road; thence in a southeasterly direction along the said
State Road, fifty-five (55) feet to the point of beginning.
BEING Lot No. 8 on Plan of West Enola, recorded in Plan
Book No.2, Page 70.
BEING the same premises which Maude H. Brinton and
Martin A. Brinton, her husband, by deed dated October 16,
1945, recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder's Office
in Deed Book "B", Volume 13, Page 242, granted and conveyed
unto Calvin Ensminger and Emma Ensminger, his wife.
TRACT 3: Beginning at a point in the State Road at inter-
section of Lot No.7; thence along the southern side of the
State Road in a northwesterly direction one hundred ten (110)
feet to line of Lot No.4; thence by Lot No. 4 in a
southerly direction one hundred fifty (150) feet to a point
at line of Lot No. 14; thence by Lot No. 14 in an easterly
direction forty-two and eight one-hundredths (42.8) feet; and
thence still by Lot No. 14 in a southeasterly direction twenty-
five (25) feet to a point at line of Lot No.7; thence in a
northerly direction along line of Lot No.7, one hundred seventy
(170) feet to a point, the place of beginning.
BEING Lots Nos. 5 and 6 of Section "D", Plan of West Enola,
as recorded in Plan Book 1, Page 29 and Plan Book 2, Page 70.
BEING the same premises which Maude H. Brinton and
Martin A. Brinton, her husband, by deed dated August 5, 1946,
recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder's Office in Deed
Book "I", Volume 13, Page 69, granted and conveyed unto
Calvin A. Ensminger and Emma H. Ensminger, his wife.
Emma H. Ensminger died September 11, 1967 leaving to
survive Calvin A. Ensminger, her husband, in whom title
vested as surviving tenant by the entireties.
