LAVERTY I, ESTHER B. lAVERTY, of East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void any and all other wills by me at any time heretofore made. I. I direct that my Executor hereinafter named shall pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be done after my decease. II. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, whether real, personal or mixed, and wheresoever situate, I hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my son, CHARLES E. lAVERTY, JR., if he survives me. III. If my said son, Charles E. Laverty, Jr., does not survive me, ~ ~ give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate as follows: A. Two-thirds (2/3) unto my son, GLENN S.
