by his deed dated September 7, 1961 and recorded in the Office of
the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed
Book "H", Volume 20, Page 777, conveyed to Ellsworth W. Wi llhide
and Barbara A. Willhide, his wife.
The said Clarence M. Willhide reserved to himself a life estate
in the aforedescribed premises. He was eighty years of age at
date of death.
