FAIR I, ESTHER A. FAIR, of the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament, in manner and form following: 1. I hereby expressly revoke all Wills and Codicils hereto- fore made by me. 2. I hereby direct my Executrix to pay all my just debts, funeral and administrative expenses out of my estate, as soon as practicable after my death. 3. I give and bequeath the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) to Allison United Methodist Church, Carlisle, Penn- sylvania. 4. I give and bequeath the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) to my friends, Drexel Collier and Olga Collier, his wife, of 1008 Lewis Avenue, Rockville, Maryland~ and to the survivor thereof if either are then deceased. 5. I bequeath such of my tangible personal property as may be set forth in a separate unsigned memorandum which I shall place with my will, to the persons therein designated. 6. I devise and bequeath the remainder of my estate as follows: A. Two-thirds thereof to my sister, Thelma K. Johns, if she is then living~ and if she is not then living, to her children then living, in equal shares. B. One-third thereof to my nephew and neices, William L. Johns, Jr., Betty C. Shamro and Nancy J. Clyde, who are then living, in equal shares. 7. I nominate and appoint my sister, Thelma K. Johns, as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament~ and as substitute Executrix I nominate and appoint my neice, Betty C. Shamro. I direct that my personal representative shall serve without the necessity of filing bond or other security in any jurisdiction. - \ \ Thelma I have left you the greatest part of rrry estate knowing you will take oare of Mother in the event anything should happen to me.
