I devise and bequeath all of my estate of every nature and wherever situate as follows: A. One-fourth thereof to my sister, ROSA EPPLEY, of Lemoyne, Pennsyl- vania. Should my sister, Rosa Eppley, predecease me, I devise and bequeath her share of my estate in equal shares to my daughter, ALICE MADER SLASEMAN, my grandson, ELMER JAMES SLASEMAN and my granddaughter, ALICE WILT. B. One-fourth thereof to my daughter, ALICE MADER SLASEMAN, of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Should my daughter, Alice Mader Slaseman, predecease me, I de- vise and bequeath her share of my estate in equal shares to my sister, ROSA EPPLEY, my grandson, ELMER JAMES SLASEMAN and my granddaughter, ALICE WILT.
