I, MARGARET RUTH BAILEY, of the Town of Irvlngton,
in the County of Essex and State of New Jersey, being of
sound and dlsnosing mind, memory 8nd understanding, do
make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament, in manner and form following, that is to say:
FIRST: It is my Will and I do order and direct my
Executor, hereinafter named, to pay and satisfy all my
just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses, as soon
after my decease as conveniently can be done.
SECOND: All of my estate, real, uersonal and mixed,
of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate, I give, devise
and bequeath unto !I1Y husband, Harold C. Bailey, to him,
his heirs and assigns, abSOlutely and fore11er.
THIRD: I do hereby nominate, constitute and appoin
my said husband, Harold C. Bailey, to be the Executor of
this my Last Will and Testament, with full power to sell
any part or all of the real estate of which I may die
seized, and to execute the necesssr,r legal documents ther'"
for, and he shall not be required to give bond for the
faithful discharge of his duties.
FOURTH: In the event that my said husband,
Harold C.. Bailey, does not survive me, then I give, devis
and bequeath all my estate, real, personal and mixed, of
whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate, unto my Execu-
trix, hereinafter named, in trust nevertheless for the
following uses and purposes:
(a) If she survives me, to pay unto my
sister, Lou Phillipy, a one-half part thereof.

(b) To pay unto my nieces, Margaret Ruth
Frederick, Louise Leathery and Frances Douglas, and my
nephews, Jackson Humes Frederick and William Tell Phil1ipy,
or the survivor of them, equally share and share alike, all
the rest, residue and remainder thereof.
FIFTH: In the event that my said husband, Harold C.
Bailey, predeceases me, or should he not survive me until
the time for the distrihution of my estate, or should we
both meet with death in a Common disaster, or at the same
time, or as the result of a catastrophe, then I do hereby
nominate, constitute and appoint my said niece, Margaret
Ruth Frederick, to be the Executrix of this my Last Will
and Testament, with full POwer to sell any part or all
of the real estate of which I may die seized, and to exe-
cute the necessary legal documents therefor, and she shall

not be required to give bond for the faithful discharge
of her duties.
LASTLY: I hereby revoke any and all Wills, hereto_
fore made by me.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand
