The following minor children are joined in this Petition for the Appointment of a Guardian for their respective estates: Aaron Thorne, age 11; Lester Thorne, age 10; Jessica Jo Thorne age 6. The above named minors have their residence at 409 Chestnut Street, Mt. Holly Springs, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. This Petition is filed pursuant to the authority granted the Court in 20 Pa. C.S.A. 85111. 2. Margie Marie Bonawitz, maternal aunt and next friend of the minor children, of 409 Chestnut Street, Mt. Holly Springs, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, presents herself as petitioner in this matter. 3. The mother of these children, Rosemary Ann Thorne, is deceased having died as the result of an automobile accident April 14, 1978. The father of the minor Aaron and Lester Thorne is Lester C. Thorne, whose where- abouts are unknown. The father of Jessica Jo Thorne is Mervin Kuhn whose whereabouts are also unknown. The purpose of this Petition is that Commonwealth National Bank, a guardian of the estates of the minor children to better protect the said minors' interests in their estates. This corporation is not a party to this action and has no interest in the subject matter hereof nor any interest adverse to that of the minor children. The corporation requests that the posting of any bonds be waived pursuant to 20 Pa. C.S.A. s5122(b). 6. The minor children have no appreciable assets. They are currently each receiving $177.00 per month from Social Security, which amounts are disbursed through Julie Kuntz Miller, maternal grandmother of the children. Additionally, State Farm Mutual Auto Insurance Company, 1513 Cedar Cliff Drive, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011, has paid, as no-fault insurer of Rosemary Ann Thorne, survivors benefits amounting to $2,500.00 as of October 1, 1978, at the rate of $500.00 per month. 7. Rosemary Ann Thorne, mother of these minor children, died as the result of injuries received in a tractor trailer accident April 14, 1978, in Rockingham County, Virginia. Correspondence and communication has been established with the Herman R. Ewell Trucking Company, owner of the truck and employer of the operator, and their insurer, by Kevin A. Hess, attorney for the estate of Rosemary Ann Thorne. It is anticipated by Kevin A. Hess, Esq., that a court action will be instituted and Mr. Hess will represent both Rosema y Ann Thorne's estate and those of her minor children. WHEREFORE, your petitioners, Aaron Thorne, Lester Thorne, and Jessica Jo Thorne, by their next friend Margie Marie Bonawitz, pray the Court to appoint the said Commonwealth National Bank guardian of the minors respective estates.
