LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF
MERVIN G. COYLE
KN"OW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That I, MERVIN G. COYLE,
of South Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish,
and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and
making void any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM 1. I direct my personal representative to pay my just
debtsl my funeral expenses, the expenses of the administration of
my estate, and all inheritance and estate taxes upon property
passing by reason of my deathl from my residuary estatel and that
all specific bequests herein contained shall be free of contri-
bution to such taxes and expenses.
ITEM 2. I give to my daughter, Mary Louise Wicksteadt the
sum of Ten Thousand ($101000.00) Dollars~ and I give to each of my
grandchildren living at the time of my death, now Carlin Patricia
Jacoby, Judith Louise Jacoby, Susan Elaine Coyle and Johnson Graham
Coyler and including any grandchild born or adopted by any of my
children subsequent to the date of this Will, the sum of Five
Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars.
If any of my said grandchildren are minors at the time for
payment of this bequest, I appoint the parents or surviving parent
of such grandchild as guardian to receive this bequest on behalf
of said grandchild.
ITEM 3. I give to my son, William J. Coyle" an absolute right
and privilege of purchasing from my estate all of the stock in Coyle
Lumber CO.I Inc., which I own at the time of my death, at eighty
(80%) per cent of its book value as shown on the audited Balance Sheet
of the Company as of the end of the last fiscal year of the Company
preceding my death.
This right and privilege may be exercised by my son at any time
within one year following my death, and if not exercised within that
period, this

ITEM 4. Provided my beloved wifef Mildred B. Coyle~
survives mel and further provided that she does not die within
thirty (30) days of the time of my death as the result of
injuries sustained by her in a casualty which caused my death,
I givel devise and bequeath to her all the restl residue and
remainder of the estate of which I die seized, be the same real,
personal or mixed~ and wherever situate at the time of my death.
ITEM 5. In the event my wife predeceases me or in the
event that she dies within thirty (30) days of the time of my
death as the result of injuries sustained by her in the same
casualty which caused my death, then I give my entire residuary
estate as defined in the preceding item hereof in equal shares to
my three children, Mary Louise Wicksteadl Emily C. Jacoby, and
William J. Coyle.
I appoint my wife, Mildred B. Coyle, the Executrix of my
estate and if she should for any reason fail to qualify as such
Executrix, then I appoint my son, William J. Coyle, the Executor
of my estate.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I I have executed this my Last Will and
Testament, consisting of two typewritten pages, by signing the
first page at the bottom thereof~ and by affixing my signature
and my seal to this last page~ this 31st day of December} 1965.

sealed by the above named MERVIN G. COYLE} and by him
published and declared as and for his Last Will and Testament
in the presence of uSI who have hereunto subscribed our names
as witnesses at his requestl in his presence, and in the
