consideration of the attached Pe\tition and after hearing
thereon, it is hereby ordered and decreed that Jay H. Brandt,
guardian for the Estate of Ethel W. Brandt, appointed by this
Court January 26, 1979 is hereby authorized and empowered to
grant and convey the real property of Ethel W. Brandt situate
Borough of Newville and
in/North Newton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania and
being known as Lot No. 2 on the Plan of Lots of Ethel W. Brandt
as recorded in Cumberland County Plan 34, page III (being the
entire residue of property acquired by Ethel W. Brandt by Deed
dated October 29, 1942 and recorded in Cumberland County Deed
Book lip", Vol. 12, page 222) to Robert Noll and Ronald L. Simons,
or their assigns, for the sum of $110,000.00 pursuant to the
Agreement of Sale entered by and between the parties on February 21,
1979
The aforesaid transaction may be completed without the
posting of any additional security by the Petitioner.

ORDER OF COURT

upon consideration of the attached Petition and after hearing
thereon, it is hereby ordered and decreed that Jay H. Brandt,
guardian of the Estate of Ethel W. Brandt appointed by Order of
Court on January 26, 1979 in the above captioned matter shall be
hereby authorized and empowered to settle the matter of the
condemnation of the land of Ethel W. Brandt with the Borough of
Newville, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania for a total payment
of $9,000.00, such payment to include the damages, the delay
of compensation and all other fees and expenses borne by the
condemnees in the matter. The condemnation action which is
filed to No. 578 December Term 1967 in the Court of Common
Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania shall hereafter be
settled and discontinued upon the receipt of such payment by
the Borough of Newville to Jay H. Brandt, guardian of the Estate
of Ethel W. Brandt. No additional security shall be required.

upon consideration of the attached Petition and after hearing
thereon, it is hereby ordered and decreed that Jay H. Brandt,
guardian for the Estate of Ethel W. Brandt, appointed by this
Court January 26, 1979 is hereby authorized and empowered to
grant and convey the real property of Ethel H. Brandt situate
in North Newton Township, Cumberland County, Penns~ania and
being known as Lot No. 1 on the Plan of Lots of Ethel W. Brandt
as recorded in Cumberland County Plan 34, page III to Larry D.
Calaman and Cathy J. Calarnan, his wife, or their assigns, for
the sum of $58,900.00 pursuant to the Agreement of Sale entered
by and between the parties on February 17, 1979.
The aforesaid transaction may be completed without the
posting of any additional security by the Petitioner.
