INVENTORY AND APPRAISEMENT OF JAY H. BRANDT, GUARDIAN
OF THE ESTATE OF ETHEL W. BRANDT, INCOMPETENT, OF
NORTH NEWTON TOWNSHIP, CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA
The Guardian makes the following Inventory and Appraisement
of the property of Ethel W. Brandt received by him on January 26,
1979 upon his appointment as Guardian:
REAL PROPERTY
1. Lot No.1 on the Plan of Lots of Ethel W. Brandt
as recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County in Plan Book 34, Page Ill, situate in North
Newton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania containing
3.522 acres and being improved with a dwelling house, barn
and other out buildings, valued in accordance with Agreement
of Sale to Larry D. Calaman, et ux.

2. Lot No. 2 on the Plan of Lots of Ethel W. Brandt,
as recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book 34, page Ill, con-
taining 48 acres, more or less, being the residual of the "Brandt
Farm" situate in North Newton Township and in the Borough of
Newville, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania as conveyed to Howard
O. Brandt and Ethel W. Brandt, his wife, by Deed dated October
29, 1942 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds
in Deed Book "P", Vol. 12, page 222, valued in accordance with
Agreement of Sale to Ronald L. Simons and Robert Noll

incompetent, of North Newton Township, Cumberland County, pennsyl-
vania and that the within inventory and appraisement made by
him the said Jay H. Brandt is the entire estate of the said
incompetent received him on January 26, 1979, consisting of
all of the personal property and real estate, except real estate
outside of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and that the figures
opposite each item of the inventory represent its fair value
