Proposed Distribution awarding the bond and mortgage, in kind,
to Jay H. Brandt, Lee E. Brandt, Willian H. Brandt, Richard S.
Brandt, Josephine P. Nelson, Carolyn A. Hendershott and Janet
L. Abram, in equal one-seventh undivided interests, as tenants
in comrilon, the following described bond and mortgage encumbering
real estate is hereby awarded to Jay H. Brandt, Lee E. Brandt,
William H. Brandt, Ricil.ard S. Brandt, Josephine P. :1elson,
Carolyn A. Hendershott and Janet L. AbraD, as equal tenants

ALL rights of mmership in the bond and nortgage of Larry D.
Calaman and Catherine J. Calaman, his wife, dated May 11, 1979,
securing the original principal obligation of the obligors/
mortgagors to Ethel W. Brandt in the amount of $48,000.00, said
mortgage securing the real estate granted and conveyed by Ethel
U. Brandt, by Jay H. Brandt, court-appointed guardian, 0'..1 Hay
11, 1979, as recorded in Cumberland County Deed Book llI:C:, VoluTIe
28, page 566, said mortgage describing the real estate encumbered
thereby being recorded in Cumberland County Mortgage Book 661,
page 5~9.

AND the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County is
directed to record a certified copy of this decree and index
the decree as an assignment from Ethel W. Brandt to Jay H.
Brandt, Lee E. Brandt, ~Tilliam H. Brandt, Richard S. Brandt,
Josephine P. ~elson, Carolyn Hendershott, and Janet L. Abrams,
as equal one-seventh tenants in comr2on, of all right, title
and interest to the hereinabove described bond and mortgage.
