County, PA., containing 35 acres, more or less, having a frontage of 675.55
feet on Township Route T-318. Being the remaining portion of lands conveyed
to Rebecca S. N. Wert to 1. C. Durham by deed dated September 9, 1948, and
recorded in 13 X 328, valued at the average of two appraisals................ $29,512 50
