Bennett, who currently resides at 542 Stonehedge Lane, Cumberland County, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, since June 2002. 2. Defendant is Dena M. Bennett, who currently resides at 408 Hickory Highlands Drive, Antioch TN 37013 for more than five (5) years. 3. Plaintiff has been a bona fide resident in the Commonwealth for at least six months immediately previous to filing of this Complaint. 4. Plaintiff and Defendant were married on September 29, 1990, in Nashville, TN and separated during the month of July, 2000. The parties have lived separate and apart for more than two (2) years. 5. There have been no prior actions of divorce or for annulment between the parties hereto in this or any other jurisdiction. 6. The marriage is irretrievably broken. 7. Plaintiffhas been advised that counseling is available, and that Plaintiff may have the right to request that the Court require the parties to participate in counseling. You have failed to answer the complaint or file a counter-affidavit to the plaintiffs affidavit. Therefore, on or after December 8, 2005, the plaintiff can request the court to enter a final decree in divorce.
