ADJUDICATION AND DECREE AWARDING REAL ESTATE
AND NOW, this

,. day of March, 1980, no objections having been
presented to the First and Final Account and Statement of Proposed Distribution
of Lenore T. Thrush, Administratrix of the Estate ofjdward N. Thrush, late
of the Borough of Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, deceased,
the Decedent above named, within the time fixed by the Rules of Court, said
Account is hereby confirmed, said Statement of Proposed Distribution is
approved and distribution is awarded in accordance therewith. It is further
adjudged and decreed that the real estate to be distributed in kind, to wit:
TRACT NO. 1 - Tract of mountain land, having a dwelling house thereon erected,
situate on the South Mountain in Southampton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania. Containing 47 acres, more or less.
BEING the same real estate which The Red Ribbon Gun Club, Inc. by its deed
dated April 8, 1960 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book "T", Volume 19, Page 454,
conveyed to Edward N. Thrush, the Decedent; and being the same real estate
also which Charles M. Goodhart, surviving Trustee of The Red Ribbon Gun
Club, by his deed dated April 8, 1960 and recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book "T",
Volume 19, Page 458, conveyed to Edward N. Thrush, the Decedent.
TRACT NO. 2 - Lot of ground, with auto service building erected thereon,
situate in Southampton Township, Franklin County, Pennsylvania. Containing
.99 acre.
BEING the same which C. Eber Miller and Isabelle J. Miller, his wife, by
their deed dated April IS, 1972 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder
of Deeds of Franklin County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book Volume 672, Page 613,
conveyed to Edward N. Thrush, the Decedent.

and the same is hereby awarded and allotted to LENORE T. THRUSH, mother
of Decedent, in fee simple, absolutely.
