On or about April 10, 2004, the Defendants entered into an agreement with Ashley Furniture Home Store for furniture as described in Exhibit "A" (the "Furniture"). 5, By the terms of the agreement, Plaintiff maintained a security interest III the furniture described in Exhibit "A", 6, Defendants have defaulted under the agreement by failing to make monthly payments when due. 7.
