This woman's brother called from his home at
49 S. College St. (phone 245-2404); his mother
lives in Newville but she will be spending the
day at this man's home - his name is Joseph
Bender.
On November 17, 1978 you entered order
authorizing Bonita J. Stahl, Guardian Officer
of Sel~grove Center, to receive, hold and
dispose of the estate of subject. Jos. Alexa
was guardian ad litem.
Donna has improved to the point where they were
about to place her in a half-way house; how-
ever, she is with her mother in Newville and
the mother is ''hass ling" with the people at
Selinsgrove trying to get the guardian removed
so that she will have full responsibility of
her. Her mother needs the release of her
social security benefits to purchase medicines
and clothing for Donna.

Judge shughart said there is nothing he can
do about this -- the Benders should either
contact a lawyer (or legal services) or contact
Jules S. Henshell, Assistant counsel, Dept. of
Public Welfare, Harrisburg 17120 787-6443.
