STATEMENT OF REASONS
Decedent died Testate on September 16, 1978 survived by his son
John L. Dirst and his stepdaughter, Elaine M. Yeingst. The residuary
clause of decedent's Will directed that they share the residue of his
estate equally. John L. Dirst died on March 5, 1979, and his share
is being distributed to his estate, less advances made during his
lifetime.
