STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, THE UNITED WAY OF CARLISLE AND CUMBERLAND COUNTY, is about
to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Tuckey Restoration, Inc. for facade
upgrade and accessibility improvement work at their facility located at 145 South Hanover Street,
in Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
NOW, at the tirne of and immediately before the execution of the principal Contract, and before
any authority has been given by the said UNITED WAY OF CARLISLE AND CUMBERLAND
COUNTY to the said Tuckey Restoration, Inc.. to commence work on the said building, or
purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making ofthe said Contract with Tuckey
Restoration, Inc. and the further consideration of One Dollar to be paid by the Owner, it is agreed
that no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any
material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra
labor for the renovations at said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
