ECKENRODE, of the Borough of Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making null and void any and all wills and testaments, or writings in the nature thereof, by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST: I order and direct the payment of all my just debts, medical and funeral expenses, and all taxes to which my estate is subject, as soon after my decease as can conveniently be done. SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate, real and personal, to my son, EUGENE L. ECKENRODE, per stirpes. THIRD: If any portion of my estate shall be payable to a minor, then in the sole and absolute discretion of my Trustee, it shall retain any share of income or principal, including the proceeds from the sale of any personal property, payable to the minor, together with any income accruing thereon, until the minor reaches the age of twenty-one (21) years at which time such share shall be distributed. My Trustee may invest and reinvest the same as in the case of other property comprising the principal of all trusts, or it may apply so much of such income and principal as it deems necessary directly for the maintenance, support and education of the minor, or it may pay the same to any person selected by it to disburse it, whose receipts shall be a complete acquittance to it therefor, without in any case, any order of court or the intervention of any guardian. FOURTH: I hereby give to my Executor full power and authority to sell any real or personal property at public or private sale, both for purposes of administration and distribution, for such prices and upon such terms as to cash and credit as he deems proper without liability on the purchasers to see to the application of the purchase money s . -:; "f::::- 1 . ...
