LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, Lloyd R. Salisbury, a resident of the Township of
West pennsboro, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania,
being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this
to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all
Wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST: I hereby direct my Executor, heninafter named, to
pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as may conveniently be

done after my decease. I
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all my estate, be it I

real, personal or mixed, to Beulah M. Gutshall for and during her!
natural life if she is living with me at the time of my death,
and at her death, then I give, devise and bequeath my estate, be

it real, personal or mixed, to my children, to-wit: Florence i

Salisbury, Albert Salisbury, Clyde Salisbury and William Salisbur~,

or their heirs, equally, share and share alike. I

THIRD: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my son,
Clyde Salisbury, Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.

This instrument was by the Testator, Lloyd R. Salisbury,
on the date hereof, signed, published and declared by him to be

A RENUNCIATION OF LIFE ESTATE
WHEREAS, on the ~ day of ~~_~ ,1978, Lloyd R. Salisbury
ied testate, domiciled at West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsyl-

1978, his will was admitted to
robate by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County, and
WHEREAS, in and by the said will, the decedent gave and devised his entire
state to Beulah M. Gutshall for and during her natural life, and at her death
hen to his children, to wit: Florence Salisbury, Albert Salisbury, Clyde
and William Salisbury or their heirs equally share and share alike,
WHEREAS, Beulah M. Gutshall has agreed that her life interest in the
state of Lloyd R. Salisbury has a value of approximately One Thousand ($1,000.0 )
ollars, and
WHEREAS, the life tenant, Beulah M. Gutshall, has no desire to hold the
eal property and tangible personal property of Lloyd R. Salisbury for life
ut would rather be paid the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars in
xchange for a renunciation of said life interest.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Beulah M. Gutshall, the life tenant under the will of
loyd R. Salisbury dated August 15, 1972, do hereby renounce and disclaim all
to take any life interest created by the will of the decedent which may
e given to me by the terms and provisions of said will, in consideration of the
payment of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars to me by said estate.
