Our client, Mary T. Lake, was appointed the guardian
of her mother's estate on November 15~ 1978~ in the Matter of ~.~.
Lena Cacopardo, an alleged incompetent. At that time, her]
bond was set by the Court at $2.000. Since that date, Mrs.'
Lake has found it necessary to sell her mother's real estate,
in order to provide better care for her mother. The impending
sale of the real estate has caused the Court to increase the
bond to $27,000. as set forth in your Order of January 17~
1979. A bond in the amount of $ 25~ 000. is enclosed to cover
the difference in the two amounts~ as explained above.
