PETITION FOR AN INCREASE OF THE GUARDIAN'S
SURETY BOND
TO THE HONORABLE. THE JUDGES OF THE SAID COURT:
The petition of Mary T. Lake. guardian of the estate of Lena
Cacopardo. an incompetent, respectfully represents:
1. That your Petitioner, Mary T. Lake. was duly appointed
guardian of the estate of the above incompetent by Order of your
Honorable Court. dated November 15. 1978. wherein security was directed
to be entered in the sum of Two Thousand ($2.000. ) Dollars.
2. At the time when the security was set. the Court directed
Petitioner's attorney to notify the court if any real estate belonging to
the incompetent was to be sold and if it was. that the security may then
have to be raised.
3. Petitioner is in the process of attempting a sale of the incompe-
tent's real estate. and it now appears to Petitioner that said property could
be sold for approximately SIXTEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED ($16.500. )
DOLLARS.
WHEREFORE. Petitioner prays that if this Honorable Court con-
siders it necessary, that the security be increased because of this transacti

and say that I am a daughter of Lena Cacopardo, the incompetent, and
the guardian of her estate, and as such, am duly authorized to make this
Affidavit, and that the facts set forth in the above Petition are true and
correct to the best of my knowledge, information and belief.
