E. D. S. T., it appearing that the First and Final Account and Schedule of
Proposed Distribuhon of Helen H. Marhn, Executrix of the Last Will and
Testament of Alice E. Hackman, late of the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, deceased, ha ve been filed and advertised in accord-
ance with law and Rules of Court and the same having been confirmed absolute
ly by the Orphans' Court Divis ion of the Cumberland County Court of Common
Pleas on May 1, 1979; and it appearing that said Executrix in her Proposed
Schedule of Distribution claims distribution of an undivided one-half interest
in the hereinafter described real estate to herself as devisee, it is ordered,
adjudged and decreed that an undivided one-half interest in:
ALL that certain lot or parcel of ground with a br ick dwelling house
and br ick garage thereon erected, lying and being in the Third Ward of the
Borough of Carl isle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvan ia, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING on the South side of West South Street on the center line of
Lot No.2; thence West 75 feet to a point on the Northern line of Lot No.4;
thence South 180 feet to an alley; thence East 75 feet to a point on the
Southern line of Lot No.2; thence North 180 feet to the Place of BEGINNING.
BEING 20 feet of the Western side of Lot No.2, 40 feet or all of Lot No.
3 and 15 feet of the Eastern side of Lot No.4 as shown on Plan of Lots of
Thomas MacDonald recorded in Recorder's Office, Carlisle, Pennsylvania,
in Plan Book 3, Page 16, said lot fronting 75 feet on West South Street, and
extend ing an equal width 180 feet to an alley, on wh ich ther e is erected a
2-story dwelling house and other improvements known as and numbered 726
West South Street.
BEING the same premises which Mae T. Dougans, widow, by her deed
dated July 8, 1944, and recorded August 1, 1944, in the Office of the Recorde

of Deeds in and for Cumberland County at Carl i.sle, Pennsylvania, in Deed
Book "V", Volume 12, Page 411, granted and conveyed to Helen E. Hackman,
now Helen H. Martin, and Alice E. Hackman.
BY virtue of this A.ward, the entire fee si.mple title to the above-describe
premises is vested in Helen H. Martin.
BE AND HEREBY IS awarded to Helen H. Martin, her heirs and assigns,
of 726 West South Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in accordance with the
Last Will and Testament of Alice E. Hackman, deceased.
THE Recorder of Deeds in and for said Cumberland County is directed to
record th is Order among the deed records in his office and to index the same
in the Grantor index in the name of Estate of Alice E. Hackman, deceased,
and in the Grantee index in the name of Helen H. Martin, in accordance with
the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code, as amended (20 P. S. 3536).
