I, STELLA E. CREAK, of the Borough of Camp Hill, County of
Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, do make, publish and declare
this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all
other Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1. I direct the payment of my just debts and funeral ex-
penses as soon after my death as may be convenient to my Executor
hereinafter named.
2. I direct that my funeral services shall be in charge of
the Henry Fisher Funeral Home, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
3. I direct my Executor to convert into cash all of my
property, real and personal, and wheresoever situate.
5. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, I
dispose of as follows:
A. I give and bequeath 0 e-half of the residue of my
estate unto AIda E. Miller of Paxinos R. 1, Northumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
B. I give and bequeath t
estate unto Charles H. Scholvin and
remaining one-half of my
el E. Scholvin of Hampden
Avenue, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, or to the survivor. If neither
Charles H. Scholvin or Hazel E. Scholv n survives me, I give and
bequeath said remaining one-half share of my estate unto AIda E.
Miller above named.
6. Lastly, I nominate and app int as Executor of this, my
Will, Dauphin Deposit Trust Company.
