Under this category in parentheses is the following, "Value
based on tot.al .net. progeeds from.sale". Thi.s statement is
incorrect. The $2,281. 80 represents tho gross proceeds from
the sal~, since the auctioneer's oonunission is indicated as
a deot.

With reference t.o jointly held property, I \/ould
like to point out that bot.h income.certificates \iiblthe
Dauphin Deposit Bank and 1'rust Company are only flalf taxable.
Please note that the full value of the certificates Vias
indicated when, in faot, only one-half of this amount is
taxaole.
