FIRST A1'JD FINAL ACCOUNT AND PROPOSED
SCflEDULE OF DISTRIBUTION
Donc.ld E. Matter and Nancy E. Matter, his wife, bene-
ficiaries and distributees, and Alda E. Miller, beneficiary and
distributee, and Charles H. Scholvin and Hazel E. Scholvin,
his wife, benE~ficiaries and dis tributees, and Donald E. Mat ter,
Executor of the Stella E. Greak estate, hereby agree as follows:
1. Donald E. Matter and Nancy E. Matter, his wife,
agree that the claim that is submitted shall be reduced to the
tot a 1 s urn 0 f ~i 3 , 5 00 . 00 .
2. Charles H. Scholvin and Hazel E. Scholvin, his
wife, and Alda E. Miller, hereby agree to the validity of said
claim in the amount of $3,500.00 and acknowledge that as such,
they will not object to said claim as filed in the First and
Final Account and reflected in the Proposed Schedule of Distri-
bution.
3. The parties hereto agree that the claim by Donald
E. Matter and Nancy E. Matter, his wife, as indicated on the
First and Final Account, shall be reduced to the sum of $3,500.00

and that the ')alance for distribution shall be the sum of
$24,531.61 and that the proposed Schedule of Distribution shall
be amended as follows:
