having been appointed by this Honorable Court by Order of

the availability of grounds to seek abatement, modification or
discharge of these bills.
7. Since then I have paid a total of $

for current care and maintenance to selinsgrove Center
(institution),
pursuant to 50 P.S. SS 4501 and 4502, and regulations
promulgated thereunder.
8. The foregoing is filed in compliance with the Order
of Court in Vecchione v. Wohlgemuth, No. 73-162 (E.D. Pa., June 30,
1978) and not in response to any Order of this Court or state statute.
