this as and for a Codicil to my last Will and Testament.
ITEM: Since my sister, Irene C. Albright is now deceased, I
hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my niece, Nancy Malpezzi,
of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, to be an Executrix of my estate, together
with my other niece, Virginia B. Federhoof, of Chambersburg,
Pennsylvania.
ITEM: I hereby ratify and confirm my said last Will and
Testament in all other respects.
