Complaint within twenty (20) days was served on Plaintiff on November 23, 2005.
(Attached as Exhibit "B") No Complaint had been filed. A Ten (10) day Notice to Enter
Judgment of Non Pros was given to the Plaintiff on December 19, 2005. (Attached as
Exhibit "C") No Complaint has been filed.
