I, JOHN A. BETZ, of the Borough of Lemoyne, Cumberland County,
ennsylvania, make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
estament, hereby revoking and making void any and all Wills by me
t any time heretofore made.
1. I direct that my Executrix pay my just debts and funeral
xpenses as soon after my decease as may be convenient, and I further
irect that he pay all taxes that may become due by reason of my
ecease from the residue of my estate without contribution or appor-
ionment from any beneficiary or the owner of any property with res-
ect to which any tax is due, whether or not forming a part of my
state.
2. If my wife, Pauline Edna Betz, shall survive me, I give an
unto her my household goods and furnishings, clothing,
jewelry, recreational equipment and automobiles absolutely. Should
said wife fail to survive me, I give and bequeath the same unto
son, John R. Betz.
3. I give and bequeath unto my wife, Pauline Edna Betz, the
sum of Four Thousand ($4,000.00) Dollars if she survives me. If my
ife fails to survive me, I give and bequeath the same unto my son,
ohn R. Betz.
4. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of whatso
ever nature and wheresoever situate, I give, devise and bequeath unto
umberland County National Bank and Trust Company, Trustee under
Trust Agreement dated February '~!, 1977, if said Trust or an amendmen
or modification thereof is in effect at the time of my death. Should
said Trust not be in effect at the time of my death, I give, devise
and bequeath the residue of my estate unto my wife, Pauline Edna Betz
if she survives me, and if she shall fail to survive me, I give,
devise and bequeath the same unto my son, John R. Betz.
5. I name, constitute and appoint my wife, Pauline Edna Betz,
to be the Executrix of this, my Will. Should my waid wife fail to
