All my estate, both real and personal,
which I leave, I devise and bequeath to my
wife, Esther R. Hoffman, for her own use and
benefit forever, and I hereby appoint her my
executrix, without bond, with full power to
sell, mortgage, lease, or in any manner to
deal with or dispose of the whole or any part
of my estate.
