Code of 1972, the property of the estate of Gertrude Jean Elgin,
deceased, namely, $1,408.05 in cash now in the custody of National
central Bank, and miscellaneous personal effects and clothing
is ordered to be distributed and is awarded as follows:
After payment to the claimants listed on the attached
Petition, the residue is to be awarded to Mary D. McClurkin in
reimbursement for funeral and administration expenses incurred
on behalf of the estate of Gertrude Jean Elgin.

PETITION TO SETTLE A SMALL ESTATE UNDER SECTION 3102
OF THE PROBATE, ESTATES AND FIDUCIARIES, CODE OF 1972
TO THE HON"ORABLE, THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Mary D. McClurkin respectfully represents:
1. The decedent, Gertrude Jean Elgin, who died on 11 January
1978, resided at 214 North Front Street, Wormleysburg, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania.
2. Your Petitioner, whose address is 214 North Front Street,
Wormleysburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, is the sister
of the decedent and on the date of decedent's death, your Petitioner
formed a part of decedent's household.
3. At the time of decedent's death, decedent was not married.
4. The decedent died intestate, and Letters of Administration
have not been applied for nor granted to anyone.

5. The said Gertrude Jean Elgin left surviving her
the following persons entitled to a share in her estate:
Louis A. Skotsky, III
6627 First Avenue, South
Birmingham, Alabama 35212
Louis A. Skotsky, III, is the legitimate son of decedE~nt
having been born an 8 December 1935. He is entitled to
the entire net estate pursuant to the intestate laws of
Pennsylvania as the sole intestate heir of decedent.
6. There is no person entitled to the family exemption.
7. The property of the decedent and the values of
the several items thereof are as follows:
a. Miscellaneous personal effects
and clothing $50.00
b. Checking account #61579281
at National Central Bank, 22 Market
Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania,
17108
$1,408.05
Copies of correspondence from
National Central Bank reflecting the
status of decedent's account are attached
hereto as Exhibits Al and A2.

said property is reflected in the inheritance tax return
filed for this estate, a copy of which is attached hereto as
Exhibit B.
8. The following disbursements have been made on behalf
of the estate prior to the filing of this Petition:

These disbursements were made by Petitioner herein on behalf of
the estate, except for a portion of the funeral expense paid by
the Social Security Administration amounting to $255.00, and
reimbursement for said disbursements is claimed.
9. The names of all unpaid claimants of whom the Petitioner
has notice or knowledge are:
a. Samuel L. Andes; attorneys fees $300.00
b. Polyclinic Hospital; final illness 80.00
c. Jung Ho Cho, M.D.; final illness 111.93
d. Stanley R. Gochenour, Jr; for
location of Louis A. Skotzky, III 25.00

10. A schedule of assets and deductions for inheritance
tax purposes has been filed with the Register of wills
on 28 September 1978. The estate was declared an Insolvent,
Estate and no tax is due.
11. 'TWenty days' written notice of intention to file
this petition has been given to every unpaid beneficiary,
heir, ~ claimant who has not joined herein.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that the Court direct
distribution of the balance of the property remaining for
distribution of the said Gertrude Jean Elgin to the persons
entitled thereto as follows:

to Mary Dorothy McClurkin serving as administratrix of the
said estate. Louis A. Skotzky, III, hereby waives all other
further notice thereof, either by publication or otherwise,
and further enters his appearance in Court on the day set
